Have you ever taken a sketch class from Valerie Salmon? Well, if you haven't, you must! Her sketches are fantastic and oh so versatile...and is so nice as well...I love her to bits!

In the next few posts, I will share the projects I made with the sketches from the class. Hope you liked them as much as I had fun creating them.

Some Vintage Vogue to Share!!!

Since Collage Press and Pink Paislee have joined forces, I have been in serious love with each of their collections! One of my favorites has been Vintage Vogue. The papers are gorgeous; the colours are divine; the patterns are versatile and best of all??? their accents are just too cute to pass up!

Here are a couple of my projects using Vintage Vogue - one which captures a certain tween's sleepover birthday party...:-)

And a fresh take on Christmas photos...

With a close-up of that beautiful aubergine gem in the trinket pack!

And a close-up of the paper swatches!

Another Got Sketch? Sketch!

I have been a bad blogger lately - my sincerest apologies! Basically I have been snowed under with life really, first there was the Regional Destination ImagiNation tournament, then the Grande Prairie Affiliate tournament, my surgery and now we are off to Global Finals for Destination ImagiNation in Knoxville, Tennessee! Oy! What a busy month March has been :-)

Here is a fabulous sketch Valerie Salmon did for Pink Paislee. I love it and find it so versatile.

Supplies:  BoBunny (pattern paper, alphas, chipboard accents, trinkets); BasicGrey (alphas); Maya Road (chipboard banner shapes); Tattered Angels glimmer mist; ribbon (source unknown); Stampin' Up (notebook punch); WRMK Chomper; Versamagic Chalk
