Scrap-Tastic!!!

This month, I was SO lucky to be the Girlie of the Month at Scrap-tastic - thank you Becky for the awesome opportunity. Here were my projects using their kit, Decadent Dreams.

I love the look of the Prima papers with one of my favorite photos - my girls with their cousins. It brings a smile to my face every time I see this picture.

And here is a layout of Madison and our challenges in the tween years...

I have more to share and will tomorrow...*yawn* it is SO late right now...My blog has been neglected lately as I have been heads down busy with the girls. May and June is traditionally busy times with the girls, their activities, the school and the upcoming summer. Bear with me because I have been scrapping but I haven't had a chance to share!

Thanks for dropping by!

Some Kiki Art Love!!!

Today was my first blog post for Kiki Art...and I would love to share my projects for you here!

Here is a sweet mini watering can made with paper from the China line. I cannot tell you how gorgeous this paper is. The picture does not do it justice. The gold embossing is raised and stunning against the burgundy/brown. As well, the paper is heavy, definitely not flimsy and perfect for papercrafts.

I'll be making several more for Danielle's upcoming birthday party.

Once I started creating with Kiki Art papers, I got into a groove. The papers are very versatile and stunning. The flocking and embossing are beautiful. And....there are several papers that are double sided too! Watch my blog in the coming months for more Kiki Art projects. I love this Canadian company!!!!!

Here is a layout I created using pictures of my daughters playing with their cousin last summer. These pictures have been sitting on my desk for months just waiting for the perfect papers and I am thrilled with the result using Kiki Art.

Supplies: Kiki Art (pattern paper); Close to my Heart (cardstock); Heidi Swapp (large alphas); Making Memories (mini alphas); EK Success (circle punch); buttons (source unknown)
